我司擬2012年3月份進(jìn)口一船澳大利亞輻射松木片，請廣大供貨商提供FOB報價和CFR報價，此招標(biāo)信息截止2012年元月15日。.

三. WOODCHIPS SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALITY

木片規(guī)格及質(zhì)量

1.1 Raw material must be clean and fresh cut. Burned wood, metal, stone, sand & mud are not allowed to be shipped.  

原料必須是新鮮的、干凈的。裝運(yùn)的木片不允許有火燒材、金屬、石塊、砂子或泥土。

1.2  The woodchips specifications：

Length (Along fiber direction): 4.8mm-45mm   長度（沿纖維長度）：4.8mm-45mm

Width ：4.8mm-45mm                           寬度：4.8mm-45mm

Thickness：2mm-8mm                           厚度：2mm-8mm

Oversize：5% max and undersize:  3% max

超規(guī)格的: 不超過5%   低于規(guī)格的：不超過 3%

Oversize    Not more than 5% by weight，exceeding 5% weight deducted 100%

4.8mm-45mm  Not less than  91%  by weight

Undersize   Not in excess of 3% by weight，exceeding 3% weight deducted 100%

Bark/Rot     Not in excess of 1% by weight，exceeding 1% weight deducted 100%

Other kind non-softwood chip to be 100% deducted.

超規(guī)格的           重量不超過 5% ，在 5% 以上的，超出部分重量應(yīng)減去 100% .

4.8mm-45mm毫米     重量不小于 91%.

低于規(guī)格的         重量不超過 3% ，在 3% 以上的，超出部分重量應(yīng)減去 100%.

樹皮和朽木部分      重量不超過 1% ，在 1% 以上的，超出部分重量應(yīng)減去 100%

若有其他非針葉木種類的木片 100% 扣除

1.3 The Woodchips shall not contain any illegally harvested wood.

木片不應(yīng)該含有任何違法砍伐的木材。   

1.4 If the bark content exceed 1%, all additional charge including but not limited the charges of returning the goods to loading port to be covered by the Seller.

如因樹皮含量超過1％的，在目的港產(chǎn)生的一切額外的費用包括但不限于退運(yùn)貨物到起運(yùn)港的費用由賣方承擔(dān)。
